Videography

I got my start in video production when I started working at GSP International Airport. When the pandemic hit, significant parts of my job were changed or shut down so I that time to learn new skills that would be save the organization money, while also giving us the ability to produce high-quality content more efficiently. I'm entirely self taught in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro and I am a commercially licensed drone pilot. I always look for cool effects that I like and then learn how I can reimagine those into my video production. I shoot with a Blackmagic Pocket 6K Pro with Ronin Gimble, as well as with my DJI Mini 3 Pro drone for drone footage. However, I'm also familiar with all different types of product ecosystems and have experience in Sony, Canon, Nikon, and more. Below are a few of my favorite videos I've put together over the last few years.

Breeze Airways Commercial
March 2024
I created four animated commercials for a marketing campaign about Breeze Airways. The set included two 30-second commercials and two 15-second commercials. I created a commercial for their Los Angeles nonstop flights in both durations and made a captivating commercial that effectively communicates to viewers about the new airline and the airport's first nonstop service to LA.

2022
As air travel continued to recover from the pandemic, I developed a marketing campaign for GSP that focused on captivating visuals of the airport to connect GSP to the moments that matter most to people. I wrote three commercial scripts and with the help of one of our local production partners, we pulled off three TV commercials that truly stands out to viewers and tugs on heart strings. With "Connect", we were able to highlight key moments that resonate with the public, attaching positive emotions to their experience at the airport. The result was an award-winning TV commercial for a marketing campaign that helped bring our passenger numbers back to record our setting norm.
Wings for All
September 2023
Wings for All is an event that allows special needs individuals to experience the airport process without actually taking off. This allows participants to get their ticket, check bags, go through security, wait in the gate area and even taxi around in a plane, giving them the experience of flying in a practice, non-threatening environment. It was such a unique experience to work with participants of this event, the wonderful folks at Delta and the ARC of SC to put on this event. I was fortunate to produce this video of the experience to teach the public about the program and why it's important to do at the airport.
New Website Commercial
May 2021
This was my first public-facing animated commercial in my time at GSP. I had done some private proposals for airline and government funding pitches, but I had not made anything that would be shown on TV. But I had the opportunity to create a video that highlighted the airport's new website and its capabilities. This project was one that opened up my eyes to the depth of what After Effects and Premiere Pro could create. I'm extremely proud of this project because it gave me the confidence that I could create high-level content.
